After decades of delays and disappointments, Eastland Mall is finally getting its long awaited mall makeover. They’re moving dirt at the old mall site on Central Avenue. And it could be a game changer for Eastland Mall neighbors – bringing new homes, new jobs, and a new image to Charlotte's entire east side.
